Our office is tucked away at 15 Jia Sarai, right near the IIT Hauz Khas area in New Delhi. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s always packed with students, booksellers, and people rushing around. Nawaneet Kumar and the rest of the staff at Holtec Consulting Pvt Limited work out of this small space, and it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has a lot of character that you don't find in the newer office blocks. We do a lot of our work here, mostly sitting at the desks and typing while the noise of the street filters in from outside. It’s a very lively place to be, with a lot of energy coming from the nearby campus. We don't have any fancy signage or a big corporate entrance. It’s just a door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our computers, and way too many pens that seem to go missing right when you need one. We spend a lot of time on research and looking at various reports. Being in the 16 pin code area means we are close to everything, but we mostly just stay focused on what’s on our screens. It’s a gritty, honest kind of workplace where the main goal is just to finish the work and grab a quick chai from the stall downstairs before heading home.
