Hicare Services Pvt Ltd operates out of a couple of spots, but the main office is on the 13th floor of Jaswanti Landmark. That is at 1303 and 1304 on LBS Road in the Mehra Industrial Estate. It is quite a view from up there, although the lift is sometimes slow when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We also have another place at H-17, Plot No 262-63 in Sector-7, Rohini. Managing things between two different locations keeps us on our toes. Most of our day is spent coordinating the staff and making sure they have the supplies they need for the jobs. It’s a lot of logistics and phone calls. The office in Rohini is on the first floor and feels a bit different from the one in the industrial estate, but the work is the same. We have a lot of gear coming in and out, so the floors get scuffed up pretty quickly. It isn't a corporate showroom; it’s a working office where we deal with real problems every day. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have several big projects going on at once, but we always find a way to pull it together. LBS Road can be a nightmare for traffic, so we try to plan our movements carefully. It’s just us doing the best we can with the tools we have.
