Our office is at Flat No. 9 in Vidya Vihar, which is part of West Enclave right by the Outer Ring Road in Pitam Pura. It is basically a residential flat that we turned into a workspace because it was easier than renting a big commercial building. You can hear the traffic from the Ring Road all day long, especially the horns from the trucks that go by at night. The place is a bit crowded with desks and boxes piled up in the hallway, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. We have a small balcony where some of the staff go to have a cigarette or just get some air, though the air isn't exactly fresh with all the cars going past. Pitam Pura is a busy area and finding a parking spot for visitors is always a bit of a headache. The building itself is older, with some cracks in the plaster here and there, but it stays fairly cool in the summer if we keep the blinds shut. Most of the neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are moving stuff around. We’ve been here for quite some time now and everyone knows where we are. It’s just a normal place where we do our daily work, filing papers and taking calls from morning until evening when we finally lock up and head home.
