Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in movies. It's more of a grounded, functional space where we actually get things done. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the lobby looks or if the furniture matches perfectly. Instead, we just focus on the work that needs finishing. There are a few of us here, and we mostly keep to ourselves and stay busy. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and there are some okay spots to get food nearby. We tend to eat at our desks more than we should, though. Working at Hewitt Associates in Vasant Kunj means dealing with the usual ups and downs of any office. Some days are slow, and other days we can barely keep up with the messages coming in. It’s a real place with real people who sometimes forget to refill the water cooler. We don't have any big corporate manifestos to share. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly from day to day. It’s a simple life here, and we just keep plugging away at the tasks we have in front of us.
