Our office for Hewitt Associates India Pvt Ltd is at Flat No 261 in the Prabhavi Cooperative Society. We’re located at Plot No 29B in Sector 10, Dwarka. It’s a decent area of New Delhi 75 to be working in. Being inside a cooperative society gives the place a very local, community feel. It isn't a flashy business park with fountains and security guards in every corner. We just have our key to the door and our desks inside. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits well. We spend our days dealing with data and coordinating with different people. It can be repetitive, but we find ways to keep it interesting. The walls are a bit plain, and we haven't really bothered with decorations much. We’d rather focus on getting the tasks done right. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs for a bit of exercise. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or corporate speak when we talk to each other. It’s just plain English about what needs to happen next. We like the quietness of this Dwarka spot compared to the busier parts of the city. It’s a practical place for a practical team. We just come in, do our bits of work, and head out.
