Hewitt Associate

We've been here at Z 35 Sarojini Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Delhi and we’ve gotten used to the noise. People usually just call us Hewitt Associate. It's just a regular office where we get things done every day. Nothing too fancy about the place. We start early in the morning, usually around nine, and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes it gets crowded with paperwork all over the desks. Sarojini Nagar is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. If you are walking around the market area, you might have passed by us without even noticing. We don't have a big sign. The building is older but it works for us. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or take the metro. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week. It’s mostly just keeping things organized and making sure everyone gets what they need. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open and old ones close, but we stay right here in the same spot. It’s a small team, maybe just a few of us in the main room. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps us get through the busy afternoons when the phones won't stop ringing. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually go for breaks. We know the guy there well. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out. It’s a simple way of working.
