It’s a place where people are always in a hurry. Our spot is quite small and can get a bit dusty with all the old papers and books we have lying around. We don’t have any fancy decorations or modern furniture. Most of what we have has been here for a long time. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than a few people are inside at once. The noise from the street is something you just learn to ignore after a while. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a local place where we handle our daily business and talk to the people who walk in. We don't spend money on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just do our work, drink a lot of tea, and try to keep everything organized in our own way. Some days the fans don't work as well as they should, and the heat in Delhi can be tough, but we manage. It’s a practical way to live and work. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve been here for a while. That’s enough for us to keep going.
