Heidrick Struggles International Knowledge Management Center

We are over at C 16 in Krishi Vihar. This is in the New Delhi 48 area. The full name we use is Heidrick Struggles International Knowledge Management Center. It is quite a long name for a place that feels pretty cozy. Krishi Vihar is a nice neighborhood. It isn't too chaotic compared to some other parts of Delhi. We have been working out of C 16 for a good stretch of time. The office doesn't have any of that corporate stuffiness. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the knowledge management part of things. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just some rooms where we keep our equipment and files. Everyone here knows each other. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings. We just get on with it. Being in New Delhi 48 means we are close to a lot of things, which is handy. The building at C 16 is easy to find if you know Krishi Vihar. We like the quietness of the street here. It helps us focus on the work for Heidrick Struggles. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a team working out of this spot in the city. It’s a practical setup and it suits us just fine. We just try to get things right every single day without making too much noise about it.
