Heal The Universe

We work out of C 16 in Patparganj. It is a busy area in East Delhi, and getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office is located in one of the blocks where there is a lot of activity throughout the day. We have a few rooms filled with our stuff, and it’s a bit of a maze with all the boxes we haven't unpacked yet. We aren't very fancy here. There is a ceiling fan that wobbles a little, and the windows look out over the street where you can see the local vendors. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks we have in front of us. There is always someone making a phone call or printing something out, so it’s never completely silent. We don't have any big slogans on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of us bring our own lunch from home and eat at our desks while we finish up. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a small group of people trying to get things done in a crowded city. We appreciate the space we have and the fact that we can just do our jobs without much interference.
