We've been here at J 370 Gali No 13 for a while now. Most people around Kartar Nagar know where we are. It's just a regular spot in Delhi 53. We handle the usual banking stuff for the folks in this neighborhood. It gets busy sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing errands, but we just get on with it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to work. We see the same faces every week. It’s a tight street, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you’re driving, but most people just walk over. We've got the Hdfcbank sign out front so you can't really miss it. Being part of the local scene here is just how it is. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Delhi 53 is a lively area, and being tucked away in Gali No 13 means we're right in the middle of where people live. We don't do big speeches or anything. If you need something sorted with your money, you just come in and we talk. It’s straightforward work. We keep the doors open and do what needs doing. Not much else to say really. We are just part of the daily routine for a lot of people living nearby. It works for us and it works for them. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful.
