I am sitting here at our spot in Balveer Nagar, Shahdra. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it is always moving and full of life. Ankit Maheshwari is usually around here handling things at the office. Our address at 239 is right in the middle of all the noise and energy of the local neighborhood. It is not a fancy office with glass walls everywhere, just a regular place where we get through the day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. We see the same faces every day, people stopping by after they finish their morning chores or before heading to the market. It is a bit dusty outside sometimes, but that is just how Delhi is. We do not have a big fancy lobby, but there is always a chair if you need to wait a minute. The phone rings a lot, usually the 09310555560 number, and we try to get to it between helping whoever is standing right in front of us. It is just us working here, trying to keep things organized. We know most of the shopkeepers around here by their first names now. It feels more like being part of the street than just a bank branch. Sometimes we share a quick tea when things slow down for five minutes in the afternoon. It is nothing special, just a local office in a busy part of town.
