You can find us at C 2 169 in Janak Puri, New Delhi 58. This part of Janak Puri is always moving, with cars and rickshaws everywhere. Our office is a simple building with a glass front that gets quite dusty from the road. Inside, we have a tiled floor and a few rows of desks where we handle all the daily tasks. It is not a huge place, so you can hear everything that is going on from one end to the other. We have a small pantry in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years, so we have a good rhythm going. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, and the stapler is always going missing. There is a tall shelf filled with folders that we probably should organize better one day, but we are too busy. The air conditioning is okay, but it struggles when the Delhi heat really kicks in during May and June. We do not have any fancy art on the walls, just some maps and a few notices. People from the nearby blocks come in to talk to us, and we try to get through the line as fast as we can. It is just a regular spot in the middle of a busy neighborhood where we do our jobs and go home to our families.
