Our place is located in Malviya Nagar, which is one of those parts of New Delhi that never really stays quiet. We are operating as Hdfc Bank As here. If you know the Malviya Nagar markets and the residential blocks, you know how busy it gets. We are right in the middle of it all. Most days, we are just working through the usual banking tasks, dealing with whatever comes across our desks. It is a lot of paperwork and a lot of talking to people from the local community. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with enough space for us to work and for people to come in and get their stuff sorted. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, turn on the fans, and start working. It gets pretty hot in Delhi, so we are always grateful when the power stays steady and the cooling works. We see a lot of different people every day, from students to retirees, and it keeps things interesting. We like being in Malviya Nagar because everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s a good, solid place to work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a local bank team doing the daily grind in this part of the city.
