Hcl Technologies is based at Hno 216 in Sector 17, Faridabad. This part of the city is quite settled, and being in a house like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a skyscraper. We have turned a few of the rooms into a workspace where we keep our servers and workstations. It’s not a large team here, just a few of us who know our way around a computer. We spend our mornings going through logs and checking on system health. Sector 17 is a good location because it’s easy to get to, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy to cook. The office is pretty cluttered with old keyboards and boxes that we really should throw away, but they might come in handy someday. We don’t have a receptionist, so the phone just rings on whoever’s desk is closest. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous place in town; we just want to do the work that comes our way and do it right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes the commute a pain, but we show up and get to it regardless. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on the technical details and let the work speak for itself without needing any flashy brochures or fancy presentations.
