Tri Nagar is a very tight area with narrow lanes and lots of noise, so our shop fits right in with the bustle. We have stuff stacked up to the ceiling because there’s never enough space for everything we want to keep. Most of the time, neighbors from Omkar Nagar come in looking for something simple for their kitchen or bathroom. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is in place. It gets quite hot in the summers inside the shop with all the plastic around, but we manage. The address 230/20 is a bit tucked away, but once you find it, you’ll see we have plenty of household things. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook for keeping track of what goes out. People like to bargain a bit, and that's just how business happens here. We’ve been around long enough that the local kids who used to come with their moms are now coming in as adults to buy things for their own homes. It’s a steady kind of life. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the day to start. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit, but we just move the stock.
