We run Haryana Plastic And Engineering Works out of our spot in Naraina Industrial Area Phase I. Specifically, we are at A 72. If you know Naraina, you know it’s a busy place with lots of small and big workshops squeezed together. Our place is no different. It’s an old-school engineering setup where there is always the smell of grease and the sound of tools hitting metal. We do a mix of plastic work and general engineering stuff. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we get the parts made. Most days are spent looking at drawings or fixing machines that have decided to stop working. We have a small team of guys who have been doing this for decades. They don't talk much, they just focus on the lathe or the molding machines. We started this because we knew the trade, and we’ve just stayed here ever since. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves our purpose just fine. Customers usually come to us because they need something specific made and they know we’ve been around the block a few times. We don't have a website or any of that stuff, just this physical workshop in the industrial estate. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the summer heat, but this is what we do and we’re okay with that.
