Haldia Petrochemical Ltd

This location is basically the same spot as the other office in Kalkaji Extension, but we often associate it with Manish Chandra Saraswat. It is House No 45 B in Pocket No A 12. New Delhi is a crowded place, but this little corner is manageable. Working here feels like being part of a small team even though the company itself is quite large. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork that comes with the petrochemical industry. It is a lot of numbers and tracking things. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of papers on the desks and the chairs aren't the most modern, but they are comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We do not have any big signs or flashing lights outside. It is just a regular house on a regular street. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here quickly, but once you are inside, it is calm. We focus on our specific tasks and try not to get distracted by the city noise. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. It is a very grounded way to work. No one is wearing fancy suits unless there is a big meeting. Usually, it is just shirts and trousers. We stay busy with the routine and that is how the weeks go by here in Delhi, just handling the daily business as it comes.
