H D B Financial Services has a branch at RZ 92 2, Madan Puri, West Sagerpur, in New Delhi. It is right in the middle of a very busy residential area. The lanes around here are quite narrow, so it can be a bit tricky to find us if you are not from this part of town. We are a small team working out of this local office. It is not like one of those big, cold bank buildings you see in the city center. Our place is much more grounded and plain. We have people coming in all day long asking about their loans or their accounts. It can get a bit crowded in the small waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have errands to run. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes there are just too many papers on the desks to handle at once. We have got a small cooler for water and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local area very well. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated talk when we are explaining things to our visitors. We just speak simply to whoever walks through the door. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the power goes out and we have to wait. But we have been here in Sagerpur for a while now.
