You can find us at WA 23 in Shakarpur. It’s a small office in a busy part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a few years now, providing different services to the people nearby. It’s mostly just paperwork and helping folks get their IDs or other documents sorted out. The office isn't very big, and it can get a bit cramped when more than two people are inside. We have a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their turn. Shakarpur is always full of life, with shops and people everywhere, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. I started this because I saw how much trouble people had with government forms and stuff like that. I figured I could help out and make a little living at the same time. We don't have any fancy equipment, just a computer, a printer, and a lot of patience. Sometimes the printer jams right when we’re in a hurry, which is just my luck, but we get it fixed eventually. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We’re just local people helping other local people with their daily chores and errands. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you’re in the area, you’ll probably see us standing outside the door having a quick tea break in the afternoon. It’s a tight space but we get the job done for everyone.
