Gurubachan Singh

You can find us over on Tis Hazari Main Road. We are at T 58. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s a lot of traffic and people moving around because of the courts nearby. Gurubachan Singh is the name on the door. It’s a small place, really. We don't have a lot of room for extra stuff, so we just keep it to the essentials. It gets pretty loud outside with the cars and the honking, but once you step inside, it’s a bit better. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We’re more focused on getting the daily work finished. It’s a very local kind of setup. We know the tea seller down the street and the other shop owners around T 58. We don't use any of those big words or corporate talk. We just speak plain English and tell it like it is. Some days are busier than others, especially when the main road is backed up. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs to see us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We just show up in the morning and do our best to get through the pile of work on the desk. That’s just how life is here at Tis Hazari for us. We don't spend time on fancy talks or planning for the far future. Most of the work is just immediate stuff that needs fixing right now. Sometimes the days are long, but we don't complain much. It is what it is.
