Gulab Tulsyani

We’ve been here at Tis Hazari Main Road 262 for quite a while now. Most people know Gulab Tulsyani as the place where things just get done without much fuss. The traffic outside can get really loud, especially in the afternoons when the courts are busy. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s not fancy here. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes by every hour. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. If you walk past the main road, you’ll see our sign. It's a bit weathered now, but we haven't bothered changing it because everyone knows where we are anyway. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just carry on. We handle a lot of paperwork and talk to people from all over the city. It's a bit of a maze in this part of town, but once you find us, it’s straightforward. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some big corporation. We’re just local people working in a busy spot. The floor is old tile and the ceiling fans hum all day. That’s just how it is. We show up early, deal with the piles of work on our desks, and go home when the sun sets. There’s no secret to it, really.
