At Gsk, we work out of 1 B Kewal Park in the Azad Pur area of Delhi. If you know the city, you know that Azad Pur is one of the busiest spots you can find, especially with the large wholesale market nearby. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that chaos outside. It’s a small place at the 1 B address, with just enough room for our small team to sit and handle our daily business. We’ve got a few computers that stay on all day and a printer that makes a lot of noise but gets the job done eventually. The floor is tile, which helps keep things a bit cooler during the harsh Delhi summers. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If someone comes to see us, they usually just pull up a spare chair near one of the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It’s a very hands-on way of working. There are plenty of food stalls around Kewal Park, so lunch is always easy to find. We’ve been here in the 33 district for quite a while, and we like the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office isn't perfectly tidy, with stacks of documents here and there, but we know our system. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we just focus on doing what needs to be done.
