You can find us on the second floor of a building on Street No 7B in Mahipalpur. It’s L 220, right in the middle of all the hotels and small shops that populate this part of Delhi. The street is almost always clogged with cars and people, so it’s never quiet here. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise, though you can still hear the horns honking throughout the day. We work on systems, which is a broad way of saying we handle the back-end stuff that keeps businesses running. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just a small plate on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of cables. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every morning. We usually just start working as soon as we get in and talk over the desks when something comes up. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we head out early if the work is done. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just try to be honest with the people we work for and get their systems in order without making a big fuss about it. Working in Mahipalpur has its challenges, but we have a good routine going and the local tea stall knows our order by heart.
