Our office for Great Search Staffing And Management Systems P Ltd is located in the Hill Side Housing Cooperative Soc in Gokhalenagar. It’s actually a MIG flat, so it feels more like a home than a cold office building. Being in Pune, specifically this part of the city, gives us a nice view of the hills when the weather is clear. We do a mix of staffing work and setting up management systems for different clients. It’s just a handful of us sitting around desks in the living room area. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of the time, we’re just focused on sorting through data or talking to people about their staffing needs. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been at this address, M 8 211, for quite some time now. People in the society know us, and it’s a friendly place to be. We don't have any fancy signs or big posters outside. We just have our computers and our phones and a lot of work to get through every week. Sometimes we stay late to catch up on paperwork that piles up.
