Working on the third floor means a lot of stairs, but it keeps us fit. Our office is where the research and the creation happen every day. It’s not a fancy setup. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of our time is spent looking at data and trying to make sense of it. Then we turn that into reports or projects. It is a slow process sometimes. We don’t have a marketing department to write fancy things about us. We are just people who like to dig into details. The neighborhood of Lajpat Nagar 1 is always humming with activity. We can hear the markets from here. Grassroots Research And Creations is a simple name for a simple business. We don't have corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and to-do lists. It’s a practical way to run things.
