If you come down to Shop No 22 in the DDA Shopping Complex at Ber Sarai, you’ll find us tucked away among the other small businesses. It is a busy spot, especially with all the students from nearby coming in for things they need printed or designed. Most days, the shop feels a bit cramped because of all the machines and paper stacks lying around, but we manage to get through the work. It started out as just a small idea and now we spend most of our daylight hours here. The fan sometimes makes a clicking noise and the stairs to the complex can be a bit much when it's hot out. We see a lot of different people every day. Some people want big posters and others just want a few pages copied. It gets loud when the machines are all running at the same time, but you get used to it after a while. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of paper just grow on their own. It’s not a fancy place by any means. It’s just a regular shop where we do our daily work and hope the electricity doesn’t cut out at the wrong time. We’ve been here in Ber Sarai for a good while now and we know the other shop owners around the complex pretty well. It’s a community of sorts. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in.
