Grail Research

We work out of Flat No 76 in Bhagyalaxmi Apartment, which is located in Sector 9 of Rohini. It is a residential complex, so the vibe is very different from a typical business district. We have our desks set up in what would normally be the living room and the bedrooms of the flat. It makes for a very informal and relaxed atmosphere for the team. We are Grail Research, and this is where we handle our day-to-day work tasks. Most of us take the bus or drive in from other parts of North Delhi every morning. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now since we have been coming here for a while. It is a quiet place, which is helpful because the research we do takes a lot of concentration. We do not have a fancy board room for meetings. We just use the main dining table when we need to have team discussions. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a delivery meant for one of the neighbors. It is all very ordinary and unpretentious. We do not put on a show for anyone who visits. We just focus on getting the data right and finishing our reports before the deadlines. There is a small park inside the apartment complex where some of us go for a short walk during lunch. It is a nice change.
