Over in Vasant Kunj, at D 6 6131 8, you’ll find another one of our Grail Research locations. This part of New Delhi is a bit different from the usual office hubs, which we kind of like. It’s more of a neighborhood feel here. Inside, it’s all about the data and the analysis. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to gathering information for various clients. It’s not very exciting to watch—it’s mostly just people typing and looking at spreadsheets—but it’s important work for the people who need it. The office is functional and straightforward. We don’t have fancy lounges or game rooms. We just have good internet and people who know how to research. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets spotty, and we all just take a break until it’s back up. That’s just part of working here. We’ve got a good group of researchers who are quite dedicated to what they do. We share notes, argue a bit about the best way to present a finding, and then get on with it. It’s a very practical environment. We’ve been in this Vasant Kunj spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the local shops and the way the traffic moves around the circle. It’s a good place for the kind of focused work we do every day.
