We are located right in the middle of things at E 99, Lajpat Nagar Central Market. If you know Lajpat Nagar II, you know how hectic it can be. There is always a crowd and plenty of noise. We are part of the Monitor Group out of Boston, but we are very much a local team here. We do a lot of research work from this small office. It is a bit of a challenge sometimes with the market right outside. The sounds of shoppers and vendors come right through the windows. We do not have a lot of space. It is mostly just desks crammed together. But we make it work. We have been here for a while and we have gotten used to the bustle. It is actually quite nice to step outside and be right in the market. You can find anything you need within a two-minute walk. We do not have any fancy corporate perks. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic, but that is just Lajpat Nagar for you. Our team is a bunch of hard workers who do not mind the noise. We keep our research organized even when the world outside isn't. It is a unique spot for an office like ours. We haven't thought about moving because we like being in the thick of it. It feels real.
