Our office is in H Block of Malviya Nagar. We are on the first floor, at 4 12. Malviya Nagar is a lively place to be. There is always something happening outside. We are Grail Research India Pvt Ltd. We spend most of our time looking into things and gathering information. It is a plain office. We have desks and chairs and a lot of power strips for all the electronics. It is not the kind of place that would be in a magazine. It is just a workspace. We have got a mix of people here. Some have been here since we opened this branch. We do not really do the corporate routine. No morning huddles or anything. We just get our tea and start working. The traffic in Malviya Nagar is something else. You have to plan your day around it. But we like the energy of the area. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We are not trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to get the research finished on time. The building is older, but it is sturdy. Sometimes the AC makes a bit of a racket, but we are used to it. It is a practical location for us. Being in New Delhi gives us access to everything we need. We just keep doing our thing day after day.
