Goyal Properties

This is Goyal Properties. We are located in Rohini Sector 7, specifically at 26 A 3 109. People come here when they are trying to find a place to live or maybe sell something they own in the neighborhood. Sector 7 is a busy area, and we've been sitting in this office for quite some time now. Dealing with property isn't always easy. There are many papers and people can be quite picky about what they want. We try to keep track of what’s available nearby. It's mostly residential stuff around here. We know the streets pretty well. Sometimes we just walk around to see which buildings are going up or who is moving out. It’s a local business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area. People usually just drop by the office to ask questions. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show the houses or plots and talk about the prices. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. That is just how the property market is. We've seen prices go up and down over the years. If you're looking for us, we're usually in the office during the day unless we're out showing a flat to someone. It’s a small space, but it’s where everything happens for us. We've helped quite a few neighbors over the years. It’s just how we make our living, one deal at a time.
