Our office is situated in Sector 82 of Noida, inside the Kendriya Vihar complex at B260 Pk 2. It’s a massive residential area, so we are surrounded by families and other government workers living nearby. The Govt Of India has this space here to handle local administrative tasks. It isn't a high-rise glass building; it is a standard block that looks like all the others in the colony. Inside, we have our desks pushed together and rows of metal shelves for all the records. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction work nearby, but we keep things as tidy as we can. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, even when we have a lot of work to finish. We don't use any fancy software or big screens, just the basic computers that have been here for years. The windows look out onto the common park area, which is a nice view during the winter. We often share tea and snacks while we go over the schedules for the week. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and the people in the next office over. There’s nothing flashy about how we operate. We just show up, do the filing, answer the phones, and make sure everything is in its right place. It’s a very grounded way to work in a growing city like Noida. We stay late only when absolutely necessary to hit the targets.
