Gopi Batteries & Accessories

Our place is located in Karol Bagh, specifically at Naiwala 1560/29. If you know the area, you know how packed it gets with cars and spare parts shops. We deal with batteries and all the small accessories that go with them. The shop is small and smells a bit like lead and plastic, but that’s normal for this line of work. We’ve got stacks of batteries along the walls, and sometimes it’s hard to move around without bumping into something. Gopi Batteries & Accessories is just a small outfit, and we spend our time testing voltages and cleaning terminals. The street outside is always loud with horns and people shouting, which is just Karol Bagh for you. We have an old ceiling fan that squeaks, but it helps when the sun is beating down on the shutter. We don’t really do anything fancy here. People come in when their car won't start or their inverter dies, and we see what we can do. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, and our hands are usually covered in some kind of grease or dust by the end of the day. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all doing similar things. It’s a tough market but we just keep at it, one day at a time. We don't have a big sign, just enough for people to find us in the middle of the crowd. It is what it is, and we just keep working.
