You can find Godrej Infotech Ltd over at K 40 in Moddel Town 2, Delhi. It’s a well-known area and we like being here. The building is older but it’s got character and plenty of space for what we do. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise if the window is open, which it often is when the weather allows. Working in Moddel Town means we are close to everything, which is handy for quick errands. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We talk about the weather or the traffic as much as we talk about the technical jobs. It’s not a high-pressure environment in a fake way, just a place where work gets done. We have our routines, like the morning check-ins and the late afternoon tea break. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we manage. We aren’t interested in fancy talk or mission statements. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families. It’s a honest day’s work for us.
