We are located in B Block of Vasant Kunj in New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known area, but our specific office is just a regular spot without any big signs or flashy lights. Most of our work is about finding the right people for different jobs, so our day is mostly spent on the phone or sitting through interviews. It can get pretty exhausting talking to so many people every day, but it’s interesting to hear everyone’s story. The office has a few small rooms for meetings and a main area where the rest of us sit. It’s often quite noisy with several conversations going on at once. We don't have any corporate scripts or fancy ways of talking. We just ask questions and try to see if someone fits what a company is looking for. The tea lady comes around mid-morning, and that’s usually when we take a short break to breathe. The furniture is basic, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years as we needed it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most polished firm out there; we just focus on the task at hand and try to be honest with the people we talk to. Vasant Kunj is a busy place, and we’re just one small part of it, tucked away in our corner of B Block. It’s a steady job that keeps us on our toes, and we’re fine with that. We just do our best to match folks with positions.
