Global Healthline

Global Healthline is based over in Laxmi Nagar, at F 76 B. This part of Delhi is always moving, and it stays pretty loud outside our door. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and the hum of the computers. We handle a lot of health-related inquiries and keep track of various records for people who need them. It gets quite crowded in the office during peak hours. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything, just our desks and the equipment we need to do the job. Some of us have worked together for years now. We know where everything is, even if the filing system looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. The street outside is narrow so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We grab snacks from the nearby stalls when we need a break. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, but the work is important to the people who call in. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local team in a busy part of the city. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a technical glitch or a long list of new files to process. We just take it one step at a time and keep the line open.
