Our office is situated on the third floor of building 34 20 in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Being right in the middle of West Patel Nagar means there is always something going on outside. From our third-floor windows, we have a clear view of the street, which is usually packed with people and rickshaws. The climb up the stairs can be a bit much when it is forty degrees outside, but it keeps us moving. The office space is used to its full potential. We have desks in every corner and shelves that are overflowing with folders and old records. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or a receptionist to greet you at the door. When you walk in, you see everyone at their desks working away. It can get a bit loud because of the noise from the street and the constant chatter of the team. We’ve been based in this part of Delhi for several years. It is a very practical spot given how close we are to the local markets and the metro station. The furniture is a bit of a mix, and some of the chairs are definitely past their prime. We don't worry about looking like a high-end corporate firm. We are just a local team handling Gerson Lehrman Group business. It’s a bit messy and a bit loud, but it works for us.
