Genpact

Out on Star Paper Mill Road in Saharanpur, we’re located at House No 02 in Raj Vihar Colony. This Genpact location is a bit different from the city offices. It’s much more of a residential feel since we’re in a colony. The pace is a little slower, but the work is just as steady. We use the ground floor of the house for our main office. It’s got a bit of a garden out front that someone tries to keep tidy, though the dust from the road usually wins. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and computers everywhere. We handle mostly local logistics and record-keeping. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to wait it out, which is just part of being here. There isn't much for a sign, just the house number on the gate. We know most of the people living on this street. They see us coming and going at odd hours sometimes. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the sounds from the mill road. We keep our operation simple and don't spend much on decorations. It’s about getting the files processed and making sure everything is logged correctly. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we get things done every day without any fuss or fancy corporate talk. We really just focus on the task and getting everything filed away correctly.
