Genpact

Our office is located at 402 Godrej Cghs Flats in Sector 10, Dwarka. It is a residential flat that we have converted into a workspace for Genpact. Being in a housing society means there are rules about visitors and noise, so we keep things pretty quiet. We have been working from this flat for a while. It has a nice layout with different rooms for different tasks. The living area is where most of us sit with our laptops. Sector 10 is a convenient location in Dwarka, near the markets and the metro. We do not have a reception desk or a waiting room. If you come by, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. The kitchen is still a kitchen, which is great for making lunch or coffee. We have a view of the inner courtyard from the balcony. It is a very normal, domestic setting for a business. We do not wear suits or have big meetings. It is just a group of us working through our daily lists. The society is well-maintained, so it is a pleasant place to be every day. We handle our data work and client calls without a lot of corporate fluff. It is just a practical way to run things. We like the neighborhood and the people who live in the other flats nearby. It feels like a community.
