Genpact

Our office is located at B 2 402 in Yamuna Vihar, over in B Block. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels a bit different than being in a big commercial park. We have been working for Genpact out of this spot for a while now. The space is not very big, but it fits what we need to do. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks dealing with the tasks on our screens. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air when the weather is not too bad. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet when we are leaving in the evening. Finding the place can be a little tricky for people who do not know Yamuna Vihar well. We usually tell them to look for the B Block gate. Inside, it is just tables, chairs, and computers. We do not have a lobby or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. It is a practical setup. We have our routine down. Coffee in the morning, then work until lunch. There is a small market nearby where we get food. It is a simple life here. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. It is homey and quiet.
