Genpact

Our spot is in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. We are at C 2 R 8 9. It is a bit of a mouthful to say, but that is where Genpact is based. The area is quite active, and there is always something going on nearby. Our office is on a street that gets pretty busy during the rush hour. We have been working out of this location for a while. The building is older but it is solid. Inside, it is just rows of desks and people busy with their computers. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. Most of us just bring our own mugs and things to make the space feel a bit more personal. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the windows and desks. It is just part of the routine. We have a small area in the back where we can sit for a few minutes and have a break. The neighborhood has everything we need, from stationery shops to small cafes. We don't really have a big reception area, so visitors usually just walk right in. It is a very practical way to run things. We focus on our daily chores and make sure everything is sorted by the time we leave. It is a good, honest place to work. The street lights outside don't always work, but we manage just fine.
