Genpact

If you are looking for us, we are up on the third floor. The building is H 17 in Garwahi Mohalla, right in the Laxminagar area of Delhi 92. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs every day, but it keeps us moving. Genpact is tucked away here in one of the busy lanes. Laxminagar is always crowded, especially in the evenings when the markets are full. We can hear the honking and the street sounds from our windows. It is a very lively part of the city. The office itself is just a few rooms where we have our computers and files set up. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have been here for a good while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really minds. We are more interested in getting the work done than how the place looks. There are plenty of street food vendors right downstairs, so lunch is never a problem. The stairs are narrow, so we have to go up one by one. It is just a typical Delhi workspace. We have a fan in every corner to deal with the Delhi summer. It is not a corporate tower, just a regular spot in a busy neighborhood. We try to keep the noise down for the people on the second floor. It is just our daily routine.
