Genpact

Genpact is on the second floor at J 2 12A. We are in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 17. To find us, you have to go to the left-hand side of the building. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs. Khirki Extension is a very crowded place with lots of narrow buildings. J 2 12A is one of those spots where every inch of space is used. We are on the 2nd floor, which helps us get away from some of the street noise. Malviya Nagar is always busy, so there is never a dull moment. Inside our space, it’s just a normal work environment. We don’t have anything fancy or expensive-looking. It’s just a place to sit and work. The LHS part of the floor is our little corner. We have our neighbors right next to us. New Delhi 17 is a prime location, but our specific street feels very tucked away. We’ve been at this Khirki Extension address for a while now. The name Genpact is on a small plate by the door. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us. We manage the day-to-day tasks from this second-floor room. It’s a simple, honest way to work in a very busy part of the city. We appreciate the local shops nearby where we get our tea and snacks. Most days are just about being consistent here at J 2 12A.
