Genpact

Genpact is over in Janakpuri, specifically at C4C 197. If you know New Delhi 110 058, you know how these blocks are laid out. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite lived-in. Our spot at 197 is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the gate. It is a standard building in C4C. There’s a lot of traffic nearby, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We have been working out of this Janakpuri location for some time now. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for the team to sit. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the lanes, so we have to go out to the main road to meet them. New Delhi summers are tough, but we have some fans going. The floor is tiled and easy to clean. We have our desks set up near the windows. It’s a regular daily routine for us here at C4C 197. We see the neighbors walking their dogs in the morning. It’s just a normal part of the Janakpuri 110 058 neighborhood. Genpact is just the name on our paperwork. People around here just know us as the folks in building 197. We don’t have any fancy lobby. Just a door and some chairs. It’s a practical place for us to be every day. We stay busy and don't worry about much else.
