Genpact

Being over here at B24 in Puspanjali Enclave has its ups and downs, like anywhere else in Pitampura. Genpact is in a decent area, mostly residential, so things stay relatively calm until school lets out or everyone starts coming home from work. Our space is tucked away, and we’ve tried to make it comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk when the computer screens start making our eyes hurt. The building itself is older, but it holds up fine. We’ve got our setup inside, nothing too elaborate, just the computers, some filing cabinets that probably need organizing, and a kettle that gets used way too much. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Most people find Genpact easily enough once they get into the enclave. We’ve lived through plenty of rainy seasons here where the street gets a bit messy, but we just keep going. It’s a real place with real problems like a flickering light bulb or a door that sticks when it’s humid. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, so if you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us leaning over a desk. It’s just how we’ve always done things at Genpact in this part of town.
