Genpact

So this is the Genpact spot over at Praveen Ku Gaur E C 6A 65 C in Ak Puri. It’s tucked away in New Delhi 58. It’s a pretty quiet residential area compared to the city center. We don't have a massive sign that glows in the dark or anything like that. It’s more of a place where you just know it’s there if you’re looking for it. The walk from the main road is okay, usually there are some dogs sleeping in the shade under the trees. Inside, it’s just a regular office. We’ve got our desks and the usual clutter of pens, notebooks, and old mugs. It’s not one of those places with a ping pong table or free snacks in the kitchen. We bring our own lunch or go to the small shops nearby when we’re hungry. The lighting is a bit yellow, and the floor has some scuffs from moving furniture around over the years. We spend a lot of time just chatting about the weather or the traffic while the computers boot up. It feels like a small community. We don’t have those scripted meetings where everyone has to use big words and look serious. We just talk like normal people do. If someone’s bike breaks down on the way in, we all hear about it. Ak Puri is a decent place to be based. It’s just 65 C, nothing more and nothing less.
