Genpact

Genpact here at 70 Sandesh Vihar in Pitampura is basically just a place where we show up to do our thing every day. The neighborhood around here is usually quite busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to find a parking spot or getting their first cup of chai from the corner. Our building is easy to find if you know this part of Delhi. We’ve been based here for a bit now and most of the staff knows each other pretty well. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We just have desks, some chairs, and our computers. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway, even if we complain about it. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like those corporate places. It’s just us doing what we need to do. Pitampura has some really good food spots nearby which is nice when lunch breaks come around. We mostly just stick to our daily routine. You won't find any posters on the walls telling you how to think. It’s a pretty normal setup. We like it that way because it feels more real. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got some plants that we try to keep alive, though some are doing better than others. It's a simple life here at Sandesh Vihar.
