Genpact

Over in South Extension Part 1, you can find us at A 45 Amritnagar. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and being here makes things easy for us. Genpact is the company, but the office itself feels quite personal. It’s situated in a way that feels more like a house than a cold, glass office building. We’ve got our desks set up in the different rooms. It can be a bit of a maze if you’re new, but we all know our way around by now. The vibe is pretty low-key. We don’t have big signs or flashy lights out front. We just do our work and try to stay organized. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked with cars and delivery bikes, but that’s just how it is in Amritnagar. We spend our days mostly on the computer, dealing with whatever comes our way. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We have a small area where we eat lunch together, mostly just talking about our families or the news. It’s not a place for big corporate speeches. We’re just regular folks trying to do a good job. The address has served us well for a while now. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It’s a solid place to be based, and we don’t have any plans to change that anytime soon. It’s just our little corner of the city, nothing more.
