Genpact

We are based out of CR Park, specifically at 40 204 on the second floor. New Delhi 19 is a busy place, and being here in Chittaranjan Park means there’s always something happening right outside our door. Genpact has been in this office for a good stretch of time. It’s a standard second-floor walk-up, nothing too fancy or modern. We have the usual office stuff—computers, some filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works most of the time if you know how to toggle the switch. The light in the afternoons is actually pretty good through the windows. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s a workspace, first and foremost. We handle the daily tasks without much fuss. The local market isn't far, so lunch is usually something tasty from one of the stalls nearby. It keeps us going through the afternoon slump. Working in CR Park has its own vibe, very local and familiar. We know the people in the building next door and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s the kind of place where you say hello to the person sweeping the stairs in the morning. We aren't a giant corporate machine here; we’re just a group of people working under the Genpact name. Every day is pretty much the same, but in a way that feels comfortable. We get through the work and then head home for the evening. It is what it is.
