Genpact

We've been at House No 205 in Thathar Patoli Mangotrian for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Jammu, tucked away from the main noise of the bigger roads. Most days start with coffee and checking through the pile of work waiting for us on the desks. It isn't a flashy office by any means, just a practical place where we get things done every day. We handle quite a lot of data and paperwork in this office for Genpact. People often think this kind of work is just typing all day, but there’s actually a lot more to it than that. We have a small team here. Some of us have been working here since the very start. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers nearby. The street outside gets pretty busy in the late afternoons when the kids come home from school. Sometimes the internet acts up during the rain, but we usually manage to keep moving. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the jobs we have in front of us. It gets really hot in the summer, so the ceiling fans are always going full speed. We don't even have a big fancy sign outside. If you’re looking for us, just look for the gate near the corner. It’s just us inside, working away. We try our best to keep everything organized. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, but we sort it out. It's just a steady, normal rhythm here in Jammu.
